 Since Justinian closed the last GreekSchool of Philosophy (Plato’s Academy) in 529, researchers stopped searching for basics of the material world of sense beyond its boundaries. The goals of the research are:

- to determine the existence of the universal order in space, time and information that stipulates the Universe unity and directed development of extraplanetary and planetary matter;

- to demonstrate the interaction of this universal order with the appearance and evolution of the human beings;

- to justify the special significance of the contemporary period (2012-2019), based on the universal order for the further development of the society;

- to justify the transition of the human society to the new model of the world social economic order starting in 2016 and an opportunity of forecasting its maintenance and means of its introduction.

The goals of the research are supposed to cover all the phenomena, objects and processes belonging not only to the certain scientific disciplines but also to the different world views with a single logic. Therefore transdisciplinarity-4 was selected as the basic methodology of the research.
